About This Role
We’re looking for a visionary and results-driven leader with integrity who can lead teams, build a strong school culture, and drive sustainable school growth by developing the Preschool unit into a high-quality learning environment with excellent academic and digital operations. This role is responsible for ensuring academic excellence, operational effectiveness, and the holistic development of students in a Christ-centered learning environment. The Preschool Principal will provide strategic leadership, empower educators, foster meaningful partnerships with parents, and drive continuous improvement to support student success and organizational growth.
Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee the overall operations of the Preschool unit
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve academic and organizational goals
- Foster a positive, collaborative, and high-performance school culture
- Supervise, coach, and develop teachers and staff to maximize their potential
- Ensure the effective implementation of curriculum, teaching, and assessment practices
- Build strong partnerships with parents, students, staff, and the wider school community
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives in academics, student development, and school operations
- Ensure compliance with educational regulations, school policies, and quality standards
- Support the integration of technology and innovation in learning and school management
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree (S1/S2) in Education or a related field
- Proven leadership experience in schools (Coordinator, Vice Principal, or Principal level)
- Strong leadership skills in execution, people development, and decision-making
- Proficient in English, both spoken and written
- Results-driven, resilient, and highly committed to excellence
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills
- Able to work independently and collaboratively with diverse teams
- Demonstrate integrity, responsibility, professionalism, and servant leadership
- Passionate about education and student development

- Teaching Certification and/or NUKS Certification
- Experience in bilingual, national-plus, or international school environments
- Proven track record in school development, accreditation, or educational improvement programs
