We are seeking a dedicated and highly qualified Middle School Principal to lead our academic team with excellence and strong Islamic values.
Qualifications:
1. Muslim woman, maximum 35 years old.
2. Fluent in English (mandatory).
3. Minimum TOEFL iBT 90+ or TOEFL ITP 550+. Minimum IELTS 6.5+ (7.0 preferred).
4. Fluent in Arabic is highly preferred.
5. Graduates from reputable international universities are highly preferred.
6. Adheres to the Manhaj Ahlus Sunnah wal Jama’ah.
7. Possesses an active NUPTK.
8. Strong leadership skills with proven experience in school management or educational leadership.
9. Able to read the Qur’an properly (tartil).
10. Passionate about Islamic education and adolescent development.
11. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and team management abilities.
12. Candidates domiciled in Yogyakarta are preferred.
Responsibilities:
Lead and supervise all academic and operational matters of the Middle School.
Ensure the implementation of high-quality teaching and learning programs.
Manage teachers and staff with professionalism and effective leadership.
Maintain discipline, school culture, and Islamic values across the school environment.
Collaborate with parents, teachers, and stakeholders to support student development.
