Fantasia Kindergarten & Pre-School, a 35th Year National Plus School in Early Education with a bilingual system offered in Bahasa Indonesia and English. We are currently seeking an Innovative, Hardworking and Enthusiastic candidate with excellent subject knowledge in the education field to be part of our school.
We are located in Gandaria, Kebayoran Baru, South Jakarta.
This is a front-line role working as a classroom kindergarten teacher. You must be passionate about children and Early Childhood Development . You must also have exceptional communication, intrapersonal, and problem-solving skills.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor degree / Diploma in Early Childhood Education (PAUD) or Psychology or School Management.
- Age between 30 - 45 years old.
- Experience of 3 years as Teacher and 2 year as Kindergarten Principal.
- Dedicated and passionate in teaching Early Age children (2-6 years old)
- Knowledge in Children Curriculum assessment
- Strong communication, intrapersonal, and organizational skills
- Able to speak English fluently
- Strong sense of leadership, loyal, hard working and team-player
- Creative and innovative person
- Priority domicile in Jakarta / Tangerang
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develops standardized curricula & assesses teaching methods.
- Supervises, hires & evaluates teacher and education staff.
- Oversees daily operation and Administrative tasks.
- Monitors student achievement.
- Implements & monitors school policies and safety protocols.
- Studies & acquires new materials and resources.
- Plan regular maintenance of school buildings, ground, and equipment.
