Deskripsi pekerjaan Kepala Regu Flexo PT Supracor Sejahtera

KUALIFIKASI :

Pendidikan : Minimal D3 (diutamakan Jurusan Teknik)
Pengalaman Kerja : Minimal 2–3 tahun sebagai Operator Senior Flexo atau 1–2 tahun sebagai Kepala Regu/Foreman di industri packaging / printing (karton box, flexible packaging, atau label).
Jiwa kepemimpinan (leadership), komunikasi yang baik, dan ketegasan dalam mengarahkan regu.
Mampu bekerja di bawah tekanan target produksi serta terbiasa dengan sistem shift.

TUGAS UTAMA :

Mengatur alur kerja harian shift, pembagian tugas operator, dan setup mesin flexo.
Memantau kecepatan mesin, kestabilan warna (color matching), dan viskositas tinta selama proses running.
Memastikan tidak terjadi defect cetak selama proses produksi.
Mengawasi penerapan standar K3 (Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja) dan kebersihan area kerja (5S/5R).
Mencatat dan melaporkan data produksi shift (jumlah output, downtime, persentase waste bahan baku, dan tinta).
Melakukan evaluasi kerja dan pembinaan terhadap operator serta helper regu.

With different kinds of variation and models, the production of carton box are being use to support the packaging needed by the companies that requires to fulfill their needs in packing their products.

Being facilitated with newer machines, from before using Corrugator with width of 1.8 meters to a newer 2.5 meters width, we commit ourselves to produce a higher and placing commitment futher to a higher standart. Beside that, our production which has been supported with the necessary machines such as Flexo Printing, Rotary Die Cutter, Flat Bad Die Cutter and others supporting equipments. We push our production to a higher level of producing boxes which can be relied on. Our team of professional and disciplined will always making sure to guarantee the boxes that we produced.
