Key responsibilities
- Implement production SOPs
- Manage end-to-end production processes
- Plan operational and technical manpower needs
- Plan production capacity
- Manage production scheduling (Pilot, CIP, Changeover, PPIC)
- Plan production facility maintenance and maintenance schedules
- Implement operational ERP systems
- Implement KPI systems for operational and technical teams
- Optimize production efficiency and productivity
- Coordinate with R&D, QA/QC, Engineering, Warehouse, and Sales teams to ensure smooth factory operations
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience as Production Head / Senior Production Supervisor in licensed manufacturing (CPKB / CPOB / CPOTB / CPPOB)
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or Pharmacy
- Strong quantitative and planning skills
- Experience leading a team of 50+ people
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills
- Experience with ERP / SAP / Odoo / Accurate
- Experienced in preparing daily, monthly, and annual reports using cloud-based software and MS Office
- Good understanding of production KPIs and their implementation (OEE, TR, OTD, MTBF, MTTR, etc.)
- Able to turn production data into actionable insights with strong presentation skills
