HEAD OF LPK PT AIKO NEGARA DAHA
Placement: Grandwisata Tambun-Bekasi
PT AIKO NEGARA DAHA seeking an experienced and compliance-focused Head of P3MI Office to lead our operational branch and oversee the recruitment, documentation, & international placement process of Indonesian workers (CPMI) to Japan.
The ideal candidate will manage cross-functional teams, ensure strict regulatory compliance with Indonesian manpower authorities (Kemenaker/BP2MI), & maintain strong operational relationships with partner Japanese Accepting Organizations (TSK/AO) and Training Centers (LPK).
Qualifications
✅Minimum Diploma (D3)/bachelor's degree (S1), preferably in Japanese Literature, Japanese Language Education, Management, / a related field.
✅Understanding of the SSW program under the Immigration Services Agency of Japan.
✅Understanding of labor placement regulations in accordance with the provisions of the Indonesian Migrant Workers Protection Agency.
✅Minimum Japanese language proficiency level N3 or N2.
✅Minimum 1-2 years of management experience in a licensed P3MI (Indonesian Overseas Employment Agency) or placement company handling Japan routes (Ginou Jisshusei / Tokutei Ginou / SSW).
✅Deep understanding of Indonesian overseas placement law (UU No. 18 Tahun 2017), SISKOP2MI systems, & Japanese visa/COE procedures.
✅Strong leadership, negotiation, crisis management, cross-cultural communication, & decision-making skills.
Key Responsibilities (Job Description)
1. Branch Leadership & Operational Management
Direct, manage, and optimize day-to-day operations of the P3MI office.
Oversee recruitment campaigns, interview drives, candidate screening, and onboarding pipelines.
Lead and mentor administrative, recruitment, & document control personnel to achieve operational KPIs.
2. Regulatory Compliance & Government Relations
Ensure total adherence to Indonesian labor laws, BP2MI/Kemenaker regulations, and SISKOP2MI system compliance.
Supervise the processing of legal placement documentation, including passports, medical check-ups (MCU), visas, working contracts, & departure endorsements.
Serve as the primary liaison with local manpower offices (Disnaker), BP2MI regional hubs, and immigration authorities.
3. Overseas Stakeholder & Partner Coordination
Collaborate closely with Japanese Accepting Organizations (TSK/AO) and employers on manpower orders, interview scheduling, and candidate selection.
Coordinate with affiliated LPKs (Training Centers) to ensure candidates meet required Japanese language (N5/N4/JFT-Basic) and SSW skill targets prior to departure.
Handle candidate welfare, emergency response protocols, and candidate tracking pre- and post-departure.
4. Strategic Planning & Reporting
Develop operational strategy and target roadmaps for placement pipelines.
Monitor branch budget, operational expenditure, and financial compliance.
Prepare regular operational reports for executive board members.
