Deskripsi pekerjaan Kepala Gudang / Warehouse Manager PT Orson Indonesia
The Warehouse Manager is responsible for managing all warehouse operations for Raw Materials (RM), Packaging Materials (PM), and Finished Goods (FG) to ensure inventory accuracy, product integrity, efficient material flow, and compliance with ISO 9001:2015, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Cara Pembuatan Kosmetik yang Baik (CPKB), BPOM regulations, and company procedures.
1. Warehouse Operations & Inventory Management
- Manage the receipt, storage, issuance, and distribution of Raw Materials (RM), Packaging Materials (PM), and Finished Goods (FG) to ensure material availability and operational efficiency.
- Monitor inventory accuracy through stock reconciliation, cycle counting, and periodic stock opname.
- Review inventory reports and provide timely updates on stock availability to support production planning and customer fulfillment.
2. Warehouse Compliance & Product Integrity
- Ensure proper storage, segregation, labeling, and identification of RM, PM, FG, rejected, returned, and quarantined materials in accordance with GMP, CPKB, BPOM, and company procedures.
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness, housekeeping, and environmental conditions to preserve product quality and safety.
- Ensure all warehouse activities comply with approved SOPs, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
3. Material Handling & Distribution
- Supervise the issuance and delivery of RM and PM to Production to ensure the correct material, quantity, batch, and documentation.
- Monitor inbound and outbound warehouse activities to maintain material traceability and inventory accuracy.
- Coordinate with Production, Purchasing, PPIC, QA, and Logistics to ensure smooth material flow and on-time product delivery.
4. Documentation, Audit & Continuous Improvement
- Ensure all warehouse records, inventory transactions, and documentation are complete, accurate, and maintained in accordance with ISO 9001 document control requirements.
- Support internal audits, BPOM inspections, CPKB audits, and customer audits by preparing required documentation and implementing corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Investigate inventory discrepancies, non-conformities, and warehouse deviations, and implement improvement initiatives to enhance operational performance.
5. Leadership & Warehouse Resource Management
- Lead, develop, and evaluate warehouse personnel to ensure competency, productivity, and compliance with company standards.
- Manage warehouse equipment, material handling tools, and preventive maintenance schedules to ensure operational readiness.
- Monitor warehouse KPIs and implement initiatives to improve safety, efficiency, inventory accuracy, and cost effectiveness.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of warehouse experience, including at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role, preferably in a cosmetic, pharmaceutical, FMCG, or manufacturing company.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, including inventory management, stock control, FIFO/FEFO, material handling, warehouse layout, and inventory accuracy.
- Comprehensive understanding of ISO 9001, GMP, CPKB, and BPOM requirements, particularly regarding warehouse operations, product traceability, labeling, storage conditions, documentation, and audit readiness.
- Experience using ERP or Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and inventory reporting.
- Strong analytical, planning, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to optimize warehouse operations and manage inventory effectively.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and cross-functional coordination skills, with the ability to develop teams, drive continuous improvement, and maintain high standards of compliance, safety, and operational excellence.
- Able to join ASAP.
- Willing to be placed in Cilincing, North Jakarta.
