Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Logistics and Supply Chain
- Minimum 4–5 years of warehouse experience, with at least 3–5 years in a supervisory or team leader role.
- Experience in manufacturing environments is preferred.
- Knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) or ERP (SAP, Oracle, etc.).
- Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Familiar with inventory control, FIFO/FEFO, cycle counting, and 5S.
- Proficiency in Mandarin is a plus
Responsibilities :
- Ensure proper storage of raw materials, finished goods, spare parts, and other warehouse items according to company standards.
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies, damaged goods, and warehouse-related issues.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly warehouse reports, including inventory status and operational performance.
- Train, coach, and evaluate warehouse personnel to improve productivity and work quality.
