Kepala Gudang / Warehouse Manager

• Planning and allocating manpower

• Implement wareshoue workflow using WMS from inbound to outboundd

• Held and lead the course of the briefing at the beginning of the shift

• Supervise and control the teams performance and daily output

• Overseeing the operation and escalating any issues to Manager/Analyst team

• Supervise the implementation of WMS and escalate issues to Tech team

• Review and check reports sent by leadership, and make corrections if there’s any discrepancy

• Coordinate with other internal parties related to project implementation or execution of issue resolution

• Investigate cases/issues, from identifying root cause to developing recommendations for solutions

• Planning delivery for online and offline store

• Review, shift/leave request between operators

• Create Daily/Weekly/Monthly report

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years experience in Logistic or Warehouseing Industry (Refer to the level)

• Knowledgeable about the overall warehouse processes & flow

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & Power Point)

• With WMS (system) thinking, good at abstracting system requirements from the business execution process, improving business operation efficiency, and promoting standardized operations of business execution through products (systems).

• Capabilities: evaluation of 3PL work, peoplne planing, inventory control, WMS software, and strategy planning,

• Highly motivated & energized

• Great team orientation leadership skills
