Deskripsi pekerjaan Kepala Gudang / Warehouse Manager Ocean Centra Furnindo
PT Ocean Centra Furnindo is expanding, and we are looking for an experienced and committed professional to join our team as Head of Finished Goods Warehouse.
As a company specializing in the manufacturing of mattresses, spring beds, divan headboards, and pillows, we need a strong warehouse leader who can ensure finished goods are properly stored, accurately recorded, and efficiently prepared for delivery.
Main Responsibilities
• Oversee the end-to-end operations of the finished goods warehouse
• Ensure finished products are stored neatly, safely, and systematically
• Monitor stock movement and maintain accurate inventory records
• Ensure all dispatches are aligned with delivery orders and schedules
• Lead warehouse personnel to achieve efficiency and discipline
• Coordinate with production, sales, admin, and delivery teams
• Perform regular stock audits and prepare operational reports
Requirements
• Proven experience in warehouse leadership (minimum 2 years)
• Strong understanding of finished goods handling and inventory control
• Capable of managing warehouse teams and daily operations
• Proficient in warehouse documentation and Microsoft Excel
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Background in furniture, mattress, bedding, or manufacturing will be highly preferred
