General Requirements :
- Female, 15-25 years old
- Creative and Passionate to learn new things and improve self-quality
- Have the same vision and values as Girl Boss Indonesia, and are willing to fight together to make it happen
- Ready to commit to following every process and program from start to finish (until October 2025)
- Responsible and Able to manage time well
- Able to work in a team in a professional environment and manner
- Flexible and agile
- Have good communication skills, leadership skills
- Competent and have experience relevant to the position chosen
- Have strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Willing to spend at least 3 hours per day for Girl Boss Indonesia
Job desk:
- Leading four divisions, namely Graphic Design, Video Editor, Videographer, and Copywriting, while overseeing their daily operations and strategic initiatives.
- Conducting weekly online meetings to review progress, address any challenges, and align on goals and priorities.
- Designing, implementing, and managing various programs and projects throughout each period, ensuring they meet organizational objectives and contribute to overall success.
- Monitoring the progress of these programs, providing detailed updates during weekly meetings, and ensuring that all initiatives are executed effectively and efficiently.
