đź•’ Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday (Half-day on Saturday)
We are looking for a Finance, Accounting & Tax Supervisor to join our dynamic team in Kendari. This role is ideal for a highly motivated and detail-oriented professional with solid experience in finance, accounting, and taxation, especially within a holding company structure. Candidates with backgrounds in property and mall industries will have a distinct advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily finance, accounting, and tax operations.
- Ensure compliance with applicable tax regulations and timely reporting.
- Prepare and review financial statements, monthly closing, and financial analysis.
- Coordinate audits and liaise with external and internal auditors.
- Lead the preparation of tax reports (PPN, PPh, etc.) and handle tax reconciliation.
- Supervise junior finance and accounting staff.
- Support strategic financial planning and budgeting.
- Work cross-functionally with other departments and provide leadership in finance-related decisions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years experience in a similar supervisory role, preferably in a holding company.
- Strong background in accounting and taxation.
- Prior experience in property and/or mall industries is a strong plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software.
- Strong leadership and excellent communication skills.
- Able to communicate actively in English (oral and written).
- Willing to be based in Kendari/ Tual and work half-day on Saturdays.
