Deskripsi pekerjaan Kelapa Gudang - Sampit Kalimantan Tengah Fresh Factory
Job description:
- Setting and reviewing shifting team
- Monitor SLA targets from warehouse team (LS Leader and LS)
- Build and mantain active and good relationship and networks with business partners
- Responsible for company assets
- Communicate actively and well with internal (other division) and external
- Periodically evaluate the performance of the team under him
- Responsible for creating a postive work atmosphere and good team work
- Make daily, weekly and monthly reports according to company needs
- Maintain confidentiality related to company date
Qualification:
- Male
- Minimum age of 30 years
- Minimum education of a D3 diploma
- 2-3 years of experience in the relevant field
- Proficient in computer operations
- Strong leadership skills
- Positive attitude
- Excellent communication skills
