1. Experience & Skills
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a café, restaurant, or F&B kitchen (fresh graduates with strong motivation may be considered).
• Able to prepare food items (breakfast menu, pastries finishing, light meals, and café-style dishes).
• Basic understanding of food safety, hygiene standards, and cleanliness.
• Able to follow recipes, SOPs, portioning, and presentation standards.
• Familiar with basic kitchen equipment (oven, fryer, chiller, basic prep tools).
• Good time management and ability to work under pressure during busy hours.
2. Attitude & Work Behavior
• Positive attitude, team player, respectful to others.
• Strong willingness to learn and improve.
• High level of discipline, cleanliness, and responsibility.
• Able to maintain speed, consistency, and accuracy in every order.
• Honest, trustworthy, and able to work with minimal supervision.
3. Physical & Availability Requirements
• Able to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks (lifting, moving, prepping).
• Willing to work shift schedules, weekends, and public holidays.
• Punctual and committed to working full-time.
4. Additional Preferred Qualifications (Optional)
• Experience in Western/Asian comfort food or café-style menu.
• Knowledge of inventory management, stock rotation (FIFO), and prep planning.
• Ability to assist with menu development or suggest improvements.
• Basic understanding of cost control and portion efficiency.
