K-12 Senior Teacher (English Speaker)

We are the education partner of Carnegie Mellon Robotics Academy (CMRA) in Southeast Asia to deliver their curriculum and certification for both K-12 STEM education and Technical & Vocational Education Training (TVET). Through our training and certification, high school students enhance their chances of entering the best universities worldwide and university and college graduates get access to internship opportunities and jobs of the future.

We are looking for a Senior Teacher who is passionate about STEM education and experienced in delivering high-quality lessons to students of all ages. The ideal candidate has strong classroom management skills, is committed to student success, and creates engaging learning experiences that inspire curiosity and creativity.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging robotics & S.T.E.M. lessons for students from kindergarten to high school, fostering learning through play and exploration.
• Prepare lesson materials and logistics in advance to ensure smooth lesson delivery.
• Create an interactive and effective learning environment, ensuring students are actively engaged.
• Monitor, assess, and document student progress through periodic reports and photo documentation.
• Ensure high student satisfaction, aiming for at least 90% positive feedback.
• Support administrative and event-related duties as required.

Requirements and Skills

• 5+ years of classroom & group teaching experience in an international, premium, English-speaking education setting.
• Experience or knowledge in Early Childhood Education is an advantage.
• Passionate about S.T.E.M. subjects and technology-driven learning.
• Strong classroom management skills and ability to engage students of different age groups.
• Growth mindset—adaptable, flexible, energetic, with a positive can-do attitude.
• Degree and/or background in engineering / tech is an advantage.
• Fluent in English with strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfortable with learning and using technology in an educational setting.
• Patient, passionate, and experienced in working with kids.
