We are seeking a talented and versatile individual to join our client as a Cook at their healthy food restaurant in Danau Poso, Sanur, Bali. The ideal candidate will be passionate about healthy food, have a positive attitude, and be able to handle a variety of tasks efficiently.
Job Description
1. Kitchen Operations & Food Prep
- Cooking : Prepare and cook a variety of simple, healthy dishes according to our recipes and quality standards.
- Food Preparation : Efficiently chop, slice, and prepare ingredients for daily use, ensuring a smooth and fast-paced service.
2. Inventory & Hygiene Maintenance
- Inventory & Ordering : Monitor kitchen stock levels, track ingredients, and assist with placing orders to maintain a consistent supply.
- Cleaning & Maintenance : Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic kitchen environment, including washing dishes and sanitizing surfaces.
3. Front-of-House & Teamwork
- Teamwork : Collaborate with the rest of the kitchen staff to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
Requirements
Mandatory Experience
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a cook, preferably in a high-volume cafe or restaurant and have a basic food preparation experience.
Operational Competencies
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to food safety.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
