Junior Videographer – Tasks & Responsibilities:
1. Shooting & Capturing Content
- Filming on-site and in-studio shoots (events, social media content, promos, interviews, etc.)
- Set up and operate cameras, lighting, and audio equipment
2. Editing & Post-Production
- Edit short-form and long-form videos (Reels, YouTube, Ads, etc.)
- Organize footage, sync audio, color correct, and export for various platforms
- Add transitions, music, text overlays, and effects where needed (After Effects for motion graphics is a plus)
3. Equipment Management
- Help maintain and organize video gear
- Prepare gear for shoots (charging batteries, cleaning lenses, checking memory cards, etc.)
4. Media Organization
- Properly label and organize video files and backups
- Assist in maintaining a clean and efficient file library for easy retrieval
5. Creative Support
- Participate in brainstorming and planning sessions
- Offer input on shot composition, pacing, and style
Requirements:
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of video shooting and editing
- Familiar with Adobe Premiere Pro (or Final Cut Pro/DaVinci Resolve)
- Understanding of camera operations, framing, and lighting
- Good sense of pacing, transitions, and storytelling
- Attention to detail and file management
- Optional but a plus if familiar with Blender or other 3D skills.
