Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Film, Multimedia, Visual Communication Design, or related fields.
- 1–2 years of experience in video editing (fresh graduates with outstanding portfolios are welcome).
- Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro.
- Familiar with After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut, or similar editing software.
- Strong understanding of storytelling, pacing, rhythm, transitions, audio, and color correction.
- Detail-oriented with strong file management and self-checking habits.
- Creative, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced agency environment.
- Passionate about social media content and short-form video trends.
- Experience using AI editing tools is a plus.
Job Description:
- Edit short-form and long-form videos for social media, digital campaigns, and commercial content.
- Assemble raw footage into engaging videos with strong pacing, storytelling, and visual flow.
- Add subtitles, motion elements, sound effects, music, and color adjustments.
- Collaborate with content creators, producers, and creative teams throughout the production process.
- Ensure all video outputs meet brand guidelines and project deadlines.
- Stay updated with editing trends, platform formats, and AI-powered editing tools.
- Support production activities during content shoots when needed.
