Deskripsi pekerjaan Junior VAT Administrator Bali Building Solutions
Bali Building Solutions (BBS) is a retail company specializing in the sale and supply of building materials and construction products, based in Denpasar, Bali. We are looking for a Junior VAT Administrator who is detail-oriented, organized, and interested in developing a career in tax administration, particularly in VAT/PPN.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist with daily VAT (Input & Output VAT) administration.
2. Collect and archive physical and digital supplier invoices, Faktur Pajak, and supporting documents.
3. Input all invoices into Odoo by creating Purchase Orders (POs).
4. Reconcile VAT data with company records.
5. Assist in preparing monthly VAT reports for the Bookkeeper and Tax Consultant'.
Requirements:
1. Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Accounting, Taxation, Finance, or a related field.
2. Basic knowledge of Indonesian VAT/PPN and tax administration.
3. Willing to learn Odoo, e-Faktur, and Coretax.
4. Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and spreadsheets.
5. Detail-oriented, organized, and accurate when handling financial and tax data.
6. Good communication and coordination skills.
7. Responsible, willing to learn, and able to work effectively as part of a team.
Preferred (Not Required):
Brevet Pajak A & B.
Internship or work experience in accounting/tax.
Experience with Coretax, e-Faktur, or Odoo.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
