Deskripsi pekerjaan Junior UI/UX Designer - Location: Jakarta Utara PT Sigma Global Teknologi
Requirements:
1.Education: Minimum of bachelor's degree in graphic design, human-computer interaction, or related fields. (Min GPA 3.00)
2.Experience: - Minimum of 1 year experience in the UI/UX design field and possess a portfolio that showcases design work with a good understanding of the UI/UX design process and methodology.
3.Technical Skill: User Interview and Questionnaire skill, Strong attention to detail, Analytical thinking and problem-solving skill, Usability knowledge and best practices on how users would interact with the UI, Able to create wireframe, high fidelity, (UI) and icon illustration, Able to create prototype and Design System.
4.Soft Skill: Interpersonal Skill, Analysis & Judgement, Planning & Driving Action, Teamwork Drive, Courage, and Integrity. Ability to work in a changing and challenging work environment and work well under pressure and have a high level of motivation.
d. Experience with Azure AD B2C, Duende Identity Server, OAuth2, OIDC, JWT, and SSO.
e. Experience with MySQL, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or Redis.
f. Familiar with Git, CI/CD, Docker, AWS, or Azure.
3. Interpersonal and Communication skills:
a. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
b. Good communication and teamwork.
c. Able to work independently with high ownership.
4. Experience: Fresh graduates are welcome.
Experience in telephony, SIP, VoIP, WebRTC, PBX, Contact Center, or communication platform development will be an advantage. Priority will be given to candidates with experience in telephony, SIP/VoIP, WhatsApp Business Platform, contact center integration, or communication platform development
Jobdesc:
1.Create wireframe, UI/UX design, and UI prototype for both web and native mobile application
2.Perform usability testing to users and all required stakeholders
3.Conduct Design Sprint and Design System
4.Working closely with software developers and mobile app engineers for platform-specific interface.
5.Collaborating with product managers and interaction designers to create solutions considering user needs and technical challenges.
6.Iteratively improving user interfaces based on data and user tests.
7.Preparing all documents related with the development (Design Thinking result, Design System, and operate JIRA tools).
