- Understand the flow of accounting, journals and financial reports.
- Updating financial records via accounting software.
- Help maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including general ledger entries and reconciliations.
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes, including preparation of financial statements.
- Prepare tax reports (VAT, PPh 21, 22, 23/26, 4(2), 25).
- Process accounts payable and receivable, including invoice processing, expense reporting, and payment tracking.
- Maintain organized tax records and documentation.
- Support the preparation of periodic tax reports and schedules.
- Help compile data for financial statement disclosures related to taxes.
- Work closely with senior tax staff to support various tax projects and initiatives.
- Other tax/accounting-related assignments.
