We are looking for a Fresh Graduate who is eager to learn, curious about subsea engineering, and ready to take their first steps into the offshore world. You don’t need to know everything on day one—we want to work alongside you, share our practical knowledge, and help you gain real hands-on experience on live projects.

As we grow, we want to help you develop the skills to eventually step into high-profile leadership roles at offshore project.

What You Will Do (And Learn Along the Way):

– Gain hands-on experience in Diving, ROV & Survey operations and technical tasks.

– Work closely with our team to understand how subsea structures, pipelines, vessel and underwater works are planned and executed.

– Help draft technical documentation, including Subsea Infrastructure and In Water Vessel Inspection Procedures, Dive/ROV/Survey Method Statements, Task Risk Assessments (TRA), and Survey Reports.

– Assist in managing and tracking subsea data, offshore logs, and video/sonar data captured by divers and ROVs.

– Go on-site (mobilization ports, shipyards, or onboard survey/construction vessels) to directly observe and support live underwater operations.

Who We Are Looking For:

• Education: A fresh graduate (or <1 year experience) holding a Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Ocean Engineering (Teknik Kelautan), Naval Architecture (Teknik Perkapalan), Marine Engineering, or Civil/Structural Engineering.

• The Right Mindset: You don't need to be an expert, but you must be highly curious, enthusiastic about underwater/offshore engineering, and eager to ask questions.

•Basic Skills: Familiar with basic university tools like AutoCAD and MS Excel. .

• Communication: Good English foundation (written/verbal) to help us communicate in the maritime business environment..

• Ready for Adventure: Enthusiastic about going offshore, visiting fabrication yards, or staying onboard vessels for active project campaigns.
