JOB SPECIFICATION:
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

- Familiarity with Linux environments such as Ubuntu, Red Hat, and other Linux distributions.
- Familiarity with web servers such as Nginx, Apache, Jetty, and Tomcat.
- Familiarity with virtualization and cloud technologies.
- Basic knowledge of Java, JavaScript, and UNIX systems.
- Good knowledge of relational databases.
- Good understanding of RESTful API development and integration.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP will be an advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Perform application maintenance and identify, troubleshoot, and resolve software bugs.
- Provide technical support to users and address system-related issues.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, test documents, and user manuals.
- Responsible for database server administration and maintenance.
- Enhance software usability, stability, performance, and security.
- Analyze and resolve software system issues through effective problem-solving and troubleshooting.
