Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and create content across social media platforms including Instagram, TikTok, Threads, Facebook, and Reddit
- Produce creative social media content with strong storytelling and narrative techniques
- Edit videos using CapCut and implement basic motion graphics and editing techniques
- Assist in social media content planning and community management across all platforms
- Monitor social media trends and stay updated with platform algorithm changes
- Create social media reports, analyze performance metrics, and prepare monthly/quarterly analytics recaps
- Engage in community management, respond to comments, and foster positive brand interactions
- Collaborate with the team to brainstorm content ideas and campaign concepts
- Support content production efforts, including on-camera appearances or content direction when needed
Required Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of experience
- Passionate about social media, content creation, and digital trends
- Strong understanding of current social media trends, especially on Instagram, TikTok, Threads, Facebook, and Reddit
- Proficiency in CapCut video editing (basic motion and editing skills required)
- Creative mindset with demonstrated storytelling and content ideation abilities
- Basic understanding of social media content planning and community management
- Excellent communication skills and meticulous attention to detail
- Ability to work at a fast pace, adapt to emerging trends, and meet strict deadlines
- Proficiency with Capcut/Premiere Pro or other video editing tools
- Proficiency with Canva for Graphic Design
- Familiarity with Google Workspace tools (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
