Responsibilities:
- Conduct legal due diligence for corporate and/or asset acquisitions;
- Draft and review legal documents and transaction agreements;
- Communicate with internal clients, counterparties, and supervisor;
- Support the development and implementation of transaction and project strategies;
- Provide legal support to the operations of music label and publishing businesses;
- Organize and manage transaction documents and legal files;
- Monitor relevant legal and regulatory developments and assess their impact on projects;
- Work closely with supervisor and cross-functional teams on assigned matters;
- Deliver clear and effective written and verbal communication;
- Manage multiple tasks efficiently and deliver work within tight timelines.
Qualification:
- Bachelor of Laws (S.H.) with a strong academic record;
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a reputable law firm and/or multinational company; (This is referring to junior level)
- Solid experience in M&A transactions (including legal due diligence, drafting, and contract review);
- Excellent command of English (both written and spoken);
- Indonesian advocate license is preferred;
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills;
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
