Overview
We are looking for a proactive and motivated Junior Sales Executive to support our outbound sales activities and help expand our client network. This role is suitable for candidates who are eager to grow in the B2B sales field, especially in the label printing or printing industry.
You will be responsible for prospecting new clients, maintaining relationships with existing customers, and assisting the sales process from initial approach to deal closing.
Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound sales activities to acquire new B2B clients
- Build and maintain a sales pipeline through prospecting, cold calling, and client visits
- Identify client needs and provide suitable holographic/security label solutions
- Assist in preparing quotations, proposals, and sales presentations
- Follow up leads and maintain good relationships with clients
- Coordinate with internal teams (production, design, and operations) to ensure smooth project execution
- Update sales activities and client progress reports regularly
- Support the achievement of sales targets and company growth
Requirements
- Min. 1–2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the label printing / printing industry
- Fresh graduates with strong interest in B2B sales are welcome to apply
- Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable with outbound sales activities, prospecting, and meeting clients
- Willing to learn about the label printing industry and production process
- Familiar with Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
- Based in Jabodetabek and willing to travel for client visits when needed
- Own vehicle is a plus
- Target-oriented, proactive, and eager to grow
