Deskripsi pekerjaan Junior RPA Developer PT Esha Parama Teknologi

Responsibilities

-Develop and maintain automation scripts (primarily Python) for internal business processes: system integration, data processing, and notifications

-Write modular, reusable code that runs unattended on a centralized orchestration platform

-Migrate existing scripts that currently run inside UiPath / Power Automate to the new orchestration platform

Requirements

-0-2 years of experience; fresh graduates are welcome

-Experience writing scripts/programs, primarily in Python, through work, internships, freelance, or personal projects

-Strong programming fundamentals: functions, OOP, and modular code structure

-Able to write, read, and debug code (including code written by others) using an IDE debugger, e.g., VS Code or PyCharm

-Basic knowledge of REST APIs, JSON, and SQL

-Familiar with Git

-Nice to Have: , PowerShell or other scripting languages (e.g., JavaScript/Node.js), Basic UiPath or Power Automate, enough to understand existing workflows, Initial Screening Guidelines (flexible; equivalent experience accepted)

-Programming experience: 0-2 years, primarily Python (internships, freelance, personal projects and academic projects count)

-At least 1 project built to a working state, with a modular structure

-GitHub/portfolio link, if available

-RPA experience is a plus, not a requirement. Do not prioritize RPA candidates with weak programming skills.
