Key Responsibilities:

• Design store layouts, retail fixtures, and in-store navigation that align with brand identity and user flow.
• Design creatives for VM/Installation
• Able to create Planogram, 2D drawings, 3D renderings, moodboards, and material proposals.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand brand requirements and consumer behavior.
• Produce design documentation for production, construction, and implementation phases.
• Stay current on retail trends, materials, and sustainability practices.
• Ensure on-brand execution from concept through to final build.
• Conduct site visits and coordinate with contractors, vendors, and fabricators.
• Train store teams on visual standards and execution.
• Source display props, fixtures, and signage materials when needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
• 2-4 years experience in retail, spatial or environmental design.
• Proficiency in SketchUp, AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite (especially Illustrator & InDesign).
• Strong understanding of retail flow, brand storytelling, and consumer engagement.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong styling, spatial awareness, and color coordination skills.
• Flexibility to travel and work in dynamic, hands-on environments.
