Deskripsi pekerjaan Junior Recruiter Talentport

As a Junior Recruiter at KitaLulus, you will support end-to-end talent sourcing by identifying, engaging, and screening potential candidates for our client partners.

Key Responsibility:

a. The Hunt: Use LinkedIn, specialized databases, and creative sourcing methods to find candidates who aren't even looking for a job.

b. The Pitch: Reach out to potential candidates and "sell" the vision of our client partners.

c. Screening: Conduct initial interviews to assess if a candidate has the "right stuff" beyond just a resume.

d. Pipeline Management: Keep our database clean and ensure no great candidate falls through the cracks.

e. Market Mapping: Research industries to understand who the movers and shakers are in specific sectors.

Job Requirements:

a. Communicator: You can talk to anyone, from a junior dev to a C-suite executive, with confidence and clarity.

b. Resilient: Headhunting involves a lot of "nos" before you get to the "yes." You have thick skin and a positive outlook.

c. Curious: You love learning how different businesses work and what makes a person successful in their career.

d. Experience: 0-2 years of experience. (We are more than happy to welcome fresh graduates who bring high energy and a great attitude to the team)

e. Language: Comfortable using English for daily communication and in professional setting (written and verbal).
