Deskripsi pekerjaan Junior Quantity Surveyor Karma Group (PT. ROYAL RESORTS INTERNATIONAL)
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Junior Quantity Surveyor to join our project team. This role will be responsible for cost estimation, tender documentation, project quantity verification, and coordination with vendors and contractors to ensure projects run efficiently and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and review detailed BOQ (Bill of Quantity) and cost estimates based on drawings and project specifications.
- Interpret construction drawings accurately for quantity take-off and cost analysis.
- Develop and maintain unit price analysis, including annual updates based on market material pricing.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure completeness of scope and quotations.
- Prepare project schedules aligned with project targets and site requirements.
- Support tender processes, vendor evaluations, and comparative price analysis.
- Monitor and verify site progress regularly.
- Coordinate with contractors, consultants, procurement, and internal project teams.
- Maintain organized quantity and cost documentation for audit and management review purposes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor.
- Strong understanding of tendering, procurement, and contract processes from the client perspective.
- Able to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications accurately.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, AutoCAD, and SketchUp.
- Strong analytical skills, detail-oriented, and disciplined with deadlines.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
