Minimum Requirement:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in manual software testing. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in software testing methodologies such as black-box testing, exploratory testing, and usability testing
Required Skills:
- Experience in the banking industry is preferred, particularly in Payment Channels, Downstream Systems (Reporting), and Regulatory systems or requirements.
- Understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Experience in writing clear, well-organized, and executable test cases.
- Experience using testing tools like bug tracking systems.
- Knowledge of defect management and effective bug reporting.
- Basic knowledge of SQL or other query languages is a plus.
- Knowledge of accessibility testing is a bonus.
- Understanding of Agile or other development methodologies.
