We Are Looking For:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior QA Automation Engineer to join our banking industry project. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in automation testing, strong analytical skills, and passion for ensuring software quality and stability. Candidates should be eager to learn, adaptable, and able to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Job Description:
- Develop, execute, and maintain automation test scripts for web and mobile applications.
- Perform functional, regression, integration, and automation testing to ensure application quality.
- Utilize automation tools such as Katalon and Sentinel for testing execution and monitoring.
- Identify, document, and track bugs or issues found during testing processes.
- Collaborate closely with Developers, Business Analysts, and Product teams to understand system requirements and testing scenarios.
- Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-up meetings, and agile development activities.
- Analyze test results and provide detailed reports to stakeholders.
- Support application quality improvement initiatives and testing best practices implementation.
- Ensure software delivery meets banking industry standards, security, and compliance requirements.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience as QA Automation Engineer (must have completed at least 1 full year).
- Strong experience in automation testing using Katalon and Sentinel.
- Familiar with software testing lifecycle, test case creation, and bug reporting processes.
- Good communication skills in English, both verbal and written (minimum intermediate level preferred).
- Discipline, dedicated, self-motivated, responsible, and task-oriented individual.
- Strong problem-solving mindset and willingness to learn new technologies.
- Open-minded, independent, and able to work effectively within a team environment.
- Willing to work Full WFO in Sudirman area for banking industry projects.
- Available for ASAP joining.
