🛠️ What You'll Actually Be Doing
- Riding shotgun with technical/engineering teams through the whole product journey
- Being the translator between "engineer speak" and "everyone else speak"
- Owning the docs no one else wants to write — project plans, decks, proposals, release notes, status reports, and making them not boring
- Leading a project that needs someone genuinely good with formal/bureaucratic documentation (official letters, compliance paperwork, structured proposals — yes, this is a real skill and we need it)
- Keeping timelines, priorities, and a dozen Slack threads from spiraling into chaos
✅ What We're Looking For
- Technical background or experience PM-ing a tech/engineering team — this one's a big deal for us
- Writing skills that don't make people's eyes glaze over (project docs, decks, proposals, release notes)
- Real experience with formal documentation or "birokrasi"-style processes (government, compliance, enterprise procurement, or anything equally red-tape-y)
- Organized brain, sharp eye for detail
- Can talk to both developers and non-tech humans without losing anyone
-Comfortable juggling multiple things without dropping the ball
✨ Bonus Points If You
- Speak fluent Agile/Scrum
- Have actually sat in standups with developers (not just heard about them)
- Have wrangled government-adjacent or official documentation before
