Responsibilities:
- Determine and define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Identify and manage resources required to achieve project objectives effectively and efficiently.
- Prepare project budgets based on the scope of work and resource requirements.
- Track and manage project costs to ensure alignment with the approved budget.
- Develop and manage detailed project schedules and work plans.
- Provide regular project updates to stakeholders regarding strategy, adjustments, risks, and progress.
- Manage vendors and suppliers, including task assignments and expected deliverables.
- Apply project management best practices, methodologies, and standards throughout project execution.
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed.
- Measure project performance and identify areas for improvement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 3 years of experience in project management or a related role.
- Experience handling projects for automotive manufacturing companies is preferred.
- Proven ability to solve problems creatively and effectively.
- Strong knowledge of project management tools, methodologies, and best practices.
- Experience managing projects through the full project life cycle.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven ability to deliver projects according to defined scope, budget, and timeline.
Employment Status: 1-Year Contract
