Deskripsi pekerjaan Junior Operation Specialist PT Apollo Fruit Indonesia
- Monitor and optimize daily production, sorting, and packaging activities.
- Supervise warehouse operations, line workers, and seasonal staff
- Ensure compliance with SOPs, food safety, hygiene, and fruit quality standards.
- Coordinate workforce allocation to achieve operational targets.
- Maintain operational records and reports using Excel.
- Support continuous improvement of warehouse and packing house processes.
- Requirements : Minimum 2 years experience in Warehouse Operations Supervisor Level , Able to speak in English for daily conversation, Advance in Ms Excel (Data entry & Processing).
- Immediate Joiners Preferred
Working Hours:
1. Non-Season Period
• Monday – Friday: 09:00 – 18:00
• Saturday: 09:00 – 12:00
2. Season Period
• Working schedule follows operational demands and may include full-week work and extended working hours as required by business need
