Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Visual Communication Design, Multimedia, Animation, or related fields.
- 1–2 years of experience in motion graphics or animation (fresh graduates with outstanding portfolios are welcome).
- Proficient in Adobe After Effects and Adobe Illustrator.
- Familiar with Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, or similar creative software.
- Good understanding of animation principles, typography, composition, and visual storytelling.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain consistency across creative assets.
- Creative, proactive, and eager to continuously learn new tools and techniques.
- Able to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced agency environment.
- Experience using AI creative tools is a plus.
