This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to build a career in the international fashion and modelling industry.
Your responsibilities:
- Assist senior bookers with model bookings, castings and client enquiries.
- Coordinate model schedules, availability and appointments.
- Communicate professionally with models, clients and production teams.
- Prepare model portfolios, digitals and casting submissions.
- Assist with booking confirmations, quotations and production details.
- Maintain accurate model information and agency databases.
- Support the team with daily agency operations.

- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Highly organised, efficient and detail-oriented.
- Confident communicating with international clients.
- A genuine interest in fashion, photography and modelling.
- Comfortable with computers, spreadsheets and digital platforms.
- A positive attitude, initiative and a willingness to learn.
- Able to multitask and remain calm in a fast-paced environment.
Previous experience in fashion, hospitality, customer service, administration or production is an advantage, but the right attitude and aptitude are equally important.
