Responsibilities
- Develop media planning strategy and budget allocation for campaigns across platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok, Shopee).
- Define funnel strategy and target audience for each campaign.
- Execute multi-platform campaigns according to the media plan that has been developed.
- Perform campaign optimization across multiple platforms (Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, Shopee Ads).
- Prepare campaign performance reports strategically, focusing not just on numbers but on insights and recommendations.
- Coordinate with the Operations team on daily optimization execution.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience as an Ads/Media Planner.
- Strong understanding of developing media strategy and budget allocation across platforms.
- Familiar with and proficient in using Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, TikTok Ads Manager, and Shopee Ads / CPAS Shopee is a must.
- Familiar with programmatic advertising is highly preferred
- Able to think strategically in designing funnels and audience targeting, not just running campaigns.
- Experienced in leading campaign direction and providing data-driven recommendations to the team
