WE’RE HIRING - JUNIOR MARKETING EXECUTIVE

📍 Location:Tampaksiring, Bali

💼 Position: Junior Marketing Executive

🕐 Employment: Full-time | Hybrid

We are looking for a creative, proactive, and hospitality-minded Marketing Executive. to join our luxury villa team in Tampaksiring, Bali.

This role is perfect for someone who has a passion for **hospitality, digital marketing, social media, and creative content** and wants to grow together with a luxury hospitality brand.

What You’ll Do

• Assist with marketing campaigns and promotional activities

• Manage and develop social media content

• Create engaging content for Instagram, Reels, Stories & other platforms

• Support photography, video and creative content production

• Conduct basic market and competitor research

• Support digital marketing and online promotion

• Assist with lead generation and client/guest follow-up

• Monitor social media and basic marketing performance

• Help maintain a consistent luxury brand image

• Work closely with management and the operational team

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 1 year of experience in hospitality hotel, villa, resort, or tourism industry preferred

• Good understanding of **marketing and social media

• Creative and has a good eye for visual content

• Comfortable creating basic content using tools such as Canva, CapCut, or similar

• Good communication skills and confident dealing with guests, clients and partners

• Good English communication skills

• Proactive, organized and willing to learn

• Basic sales and digital marketing knowledge is a plus

• Photography/video skills are an advantage

• Experience with Meta Ads or other digital advertising platforms is a plus

We want someone who is hands-on, creative, willing to learn, and ready to execute- from creating content and managing social media to supporting campaigns, research and guest/client communication.
