Key responsibilities
- Contact prospective customers through telemarketing, email, and LinkedIn to arrange meetings and understand customer needs, including required quantities, current projects, and upcoming projects.
- Offer solvent raw materials according to the required product specifications.
- Gather and analyze market information regarding pricing and supply.
- Determine payment terms and schedules for customers.
- Prepare customer visit reports and sales forecasts.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Prepare quotations, conduct negotiations, and follow up until a Purchase Order (PO) is obtained.
- Coordinate with the CSR team to ensure that orders are processed and goods are delivered according to the PO.
- Conduct collection activities and coordinate with the Finance team regarding customer payments.
What we're looking for
- Bachelor's degree (S1) in any field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales/marketing, preferably in B2B sales of raw materials, solvents, or other commodities.
- Fluent in both written and spoken English (proficiency in additional languages is an advantage).
- Able to drive and hold a valid SIM A driver's license.
- Proficient in using computers and standard office applications.
- Willing to travel to other regions across Indonesia.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work as part of a team.
- Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
