Deskripsi pekerjaan Junior Legal Counsel PT Indonesia Fintopia Technology
Responsibilities:
- Draft, review, and/or negotiate contracts and various legal documents with external partners, including financial institutions
- Provide clear and business-driven legal advice on a wide range of legal activities impacting the organization and its business, with a focus on funding/financing
- Conduct independent legal research related to laws and regulations of funding cooperation and relevant areas of the company's business
- Anticipate and manage legal risks connected to or resulting from the business strategy and operations, offering advice and suggestions for decision-making
- Support related tasks within the legal team and provide guidance and assistance as needed
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Law (minimum); Master's degree & abroad university is a plus
- Familiarity with and in-depth knowledge of banking, financial institutions, and regulatory institutions such as OJK and BI, as well as related laws and regulations
- Minimum of 5 years of solid experience in a law firm and/or legal department at a fintech, bank, or financial institution
- Meticulous and sharp analytical skills
- Excellent internal and external communication skills
- Fluent and professional proficiency in both Indonesian and English (speaking and writing)
