Job Description
- Develop, maintain, and enhance backend applications using Java and Spring Boot.
- Design and implement RESTful APIs that are scalable, secure, and maintainable.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles.
- Design, optimize, and troubleshoot SQL queries to support application performance.
- Collaborate with frontend developers, QA Engineers, Business Analysts, and other stakeholders throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Perform bug fixing, debugging, and application performance optimization.
- Manage source code and participate in version control workflows using GitLab.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement of development standards and best practices.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of professional experience as a Java Backend Developer or Software Engineer.
- Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts and software design principles.
- Hands-on experience developing applications using Java and Spring Boot.
- Good knowledge of SQL, including database design, query optimization, and troubleshooting.
- Experienced in using GitLab for source code management and version control.
- Familiar with RESTful API development and backend integration.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
