JOB DESCRIPTION
- Support the sales team in identifying client needs and presenting suitable IT solutions.
- Prepare sales presentations, proposals, quotations, and other supporting materials.
- Communicate the business value and key benefits of IT products and services to prospective clients.
- Participate in client meetings, product presentations, and solution discussions.
- Coordinate with technical teams to obtain relevant information for client proposals and presentations.
- Assist in responding to client inquiries and preparing solutions based on business requirements.
- Support the sales process from initial client discussions through proposal submission.
- Maintain good communication with clients and internal stakeholders to support business opportunities.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Experience in the IT industry is required, including exposure to IT products, services, or technology solutions.
- Strong sales, presentation, and communication skills.
- Good English proficiency, both written and spoken.
- Ability to understand client business needs and communicate IT solutions in clear, non-technical language.
- Basic understanding of IT products, software development, or technology services.
- Ability to prepare professional presentations, proposals, and sales documents.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Proactive, organized, and comfortable working with sales and technical teams.
- A degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field is preferred.
- Willing to work full-time onsite at Cipondoh area, Tangerang.
