Junior IT Consultant

Responsibilities

1. Become part of the Consultant team to provide solutions, resolve problems in the IT Governance, Risk and Compliance (ITGRC), IT Service Management, and Cyber Security area.
2. Responsible for completing tasks from the Consulting Team and other related Departments in carrying out daily tasks.
3. Provide support to the team leader during implementation activities, and/or after sales support.
4. Maintaining good relationship with the customer and the company's internal team.
5. Adapt and understand the regulation developments related to the IT GRC, ITSM, and Cyber Security best practices, frameworks or standards.

Requirements

1. Minimum 1-2 years experiences in IT GRC, ITSM, and Cyber Security is an advantage.
2. Bachelor's degree in Information System (IS) or Information Technology (IT).
3. Min. GPA 3.0 out of 4.0.
4. Thorough knowledge in IT GRC, ITSM, Information Security and/or Project Management.
5. Has experienced in IT GRC, ITSM, and Cyber Security projects.
6. Has valid certification in IT GRC, ITSM, and Cyber Security field such as ISO 27001, COBIT 5, ITIL, ISO 20000, etc.
7. Computer literate in Microsoft Office and/or Microsoft Visio.
8. Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
9. Highly interested in writing, research and outreach.
10. Flexible and positive attitude towards work.
11. Good interpersonal and communication skills with great presentation skills.
12. Willing to travel out of town.
