junior Infra Engineer

PT. ARTHA INFOTAMA is an IT Company and is one Gold Microsoft Partner with Competency Enterprise Resource Planning (Microsoft Dynamics GP | Dynamics 365 | RMS), Cloud Solution Provider (CSP Tier 1), Cloud Productivity, Cloud Platform, Data Platform, Application  Development, Midmarket Solution Provider & Authorized Education Reseller.

We urgently Needed : Junior Infra Engineer.

Experiences:

1. Working as IT Infrastructure Engineer at least 2 years 

2. Solid technical background in IT Solution provider companies including infrastructure networks, hardware, software and telecommunications 

3. Having experience of Technical support of large, enterprise level environments 

4. Having experience of supporting office environment with Active Directory, E-mail, Shared folder, Telecommunication tools 

5. Having experience of supporting development of cloud platform (Azure, etc.)  

Skills:

1. Knowledge of Microsoft Azure/Windows Server/SQL Server/Active Directory/Exchange/Sharepoint/HyperV/VMWare 

2. Knowledge of HW setup (Server/Cisco Switch/Firewall/Wifi devices/UPS/etc.) 

3. Knowledge of Linux Server/Database (PostgreSQL, etc.)/AP Server (Resin, Tomcat, etc.)/Backup software (Symantec, Acronis, etc.)/Job Scheduler/Anti-Virus, Security softwares 

4. Knowledge of security as it relates to cloud based infrastructure 

5. Able to gather relevant information systematically to troubleshoot and resolve issues 

6 .Analysis and System Design skill 

7. Technical documentation skill. Those documents include but not limited to System infrastructure architecture, System detail designs 

8. Effective interpersonal and communication in English and Bahasa (verbal and written) skills 

Education:

University Graduate Diploma (D3, S1), information technology or computer science.

2. Quick Learner, willing to learn a new system

3. Able to work under tight schedule 

Language :

English (Reading/Writing) level is Fluently, which means understanding and creating design specification document in English and communicating by e-mail in English
