About the role
We are a growing Advertising Agency, seeking an experienced Junior HRGA Manager to join our team. You are the only contributor in HRGA, direct report to Director and HRGA Manager. Available to join ASAP.
What you'll be doing
- Assist with the full cycle of the human resources process, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and performance management
- Provide and execute general administrative support, such as managing leave forms, office supplies, travel arrangements, and other daily operations.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address HR-related matters and provide solutions
- Collaborate with school and universities to find best candidates
- Update and process BPJS, payroll, pph 21 and other allowances
- As a point of contact for labour matters to BPJS and Disnaker
- Update the contracts or agreements with vendors and employees
- Process monthly HRGA payment (tools subscriptions, daily/freelance worker, office rent, etc.)
- Maintain accurate employee records and databases
- Support the HR team in organising employee annual events
- Assist with other HR-related tasks as required
What we're looking for
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Min. 4-5 years of experience in a similar HR Generalist (Supervisor or Assistant Manager role)
- Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail. Will be working in fast and dynamic environment
- Excellent communication, diplomatic yet empathic
- Proficiency in Google Workspace, Ms. Office and HR information systems (tech savvy)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Deep understanding of Indonesian labour laws, pph 21 and HR best practices
- Willing to commute to our office in Ciputat.
