Seed is a modern Indonesian restaurant perched on the cliffs of Bingin, Bukit Peninsula. Our bar program is an extension of our kitchen philosophy — ingredient-driven, rooted in local flavours, and crafted with intention. From house-infused spirits to fresh coconut-based cocktails, everything behind our bar is made with care. We are looking for a Junior Head Bartender to help lead and elevate our beverage experience.

The Role

Working closely alongside the management team, you will be a key figure behind the bar — both in terms of operations and culture. You will lead by example during service, support the development of the bar team, and help maintain the standards that make Seed's drinks program a genuine part of the guest experience.

Your Responsibilities

— Organising and running daily bar service

— Train, mentor and develop bar team members

— Create, implement and maintain Seed's bar standards and recipes

— Ensure consistency, quality and presentation across all beverages

— Contribute to cocktail menu development and seasonal specials

— Manage bar inventory, stock rotation and ordering support

— Uphold hygiene, safety and responsible service standards at all times

What We're Looking For

— Proven experience in a professional bar environment

— Strong cocktail knowledge and technique — essential

— Familiarity with Indonesian flavours and local ingredients — a strong plus

— Natural leadership presence and ability to bring a team together

— Rigour, organisation and genuine attention to detail

— A real passion for hospitality and the craft of bartending
