- Having 1+ year of advertising and creative experience
- Advanced knowledge of current graphic design and video editing software applications such as InDesign Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere
- Knowledge of latest creative trends within the industry of fashion, cosmetics, fintech, FMCG, etc
- Excellent communication and English skills
- Understand fundamentals in marketing and digital marketing
- Go-getter, interested to work in a dynamic start-up environment
- Work with the Creative Manager to be on the lookout for new and innovative creative ideas for clients and internal team.

- Provide creative recommendations (tactical and strategic) to the brands based on the Personas
- Able to create/adjust existing creatives that can be launched on digital channels.
- Create local creatives from client assets (Single images, Carousels,Slideshows, Videos etc)
- Provide creative direction to Production House for creating NEW local creatives
- Conduct basic research on client creative needs
