Role Overview
The Junior Graphic Designer supports the execution of day-to-day visual assets across campaign, social media, and retail channels, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with brand guidelines.
This role focuses on producing well-crafted, production-ready design assets based on clear briefs and direction from the Design Lead or Senior Designer. You will contribute to campaign visuals, social content, and retail-driven materials for online and offline use, while continuously developing design skills, speed, and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities
1. Design Execution & Asset Production
- Produce daily design assets for social media, campaign support, and retail needs.
- Adapt key visuals into multiple formats and sizes across platforms.
- Prepare production-ready files for digital, e-commerce, and offline use.
- Ensure layouts, typography, and visual hierarchy follow brand guidelines.
2. Campaign & Retail Asset Support
Support campaign executions such as:
- Product and jersey launches
- Seasonal promotions
- Matchday or brand moments
Support retail and e-commerce visuals, including:
- Product banners and thumbnails
- Promotional visuals and price-led assets
- Marketplace and website adaptations
- In-store visual materials (POP, posters, signage)
3. Revision & Quality Assurance
- Implement feedback accurately and efficiently.
- Double-check design details such as copy, pricing, alignment, and sizing.
- Ensure all final assets meet technical and visual requirements before handover.
4. Collaboration & Workflow Support
- Work closely with the Design Lead and other designers.
- Communicate progress, blockers, and timelines clearly.
- Support team workflow by keeping files organized and documented.
5. Skill Development & Improvement
- Continuously improve design fundamentals (layout, typography, color).
- Learn platform-specific design requirements for social and retail.
- Stay open to feedback and actively apply learnings to future work.
Requirements
Experience
0–2 years experience as a Graphic Designer or Design Intern.
Fresh graduates with strong portfolios are welcome to apply.
Exposure to retail, e-commerce, or consumer brands is a plus.
Skills
Basic-to-strong foundation in graphic design fundamentals.
Proficient in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
Basic understanding of layout adaptation for digital and retail formats.
Attention to detail and willingness to revise work.
Ability to follow briefs and visual direction clearly.
