Your Contribution:

As our Junior Graphic Designer, you will support the marketing team in developing compelling visual identities and marketing materials for The Cakap Group and our hospitality clients. From logo development and brand identity to restaurant menus, hotel collateral, social media assets, and presentation mockups, your creativity will help transform concepts into visually engaging experiences that elevate luxury hospitality brands. This role is ideal for someone who is eager to learn, detail-oriented, and passionate about design within the hospitality and lifestyle industry.

Responsibilities:

• Design creative marketing materials for The Cakap Group and hospitality client projects across print and digital platforms.
• Assist in developing brand identities, including logos, typography, color palettes, brand guidelines, and visual systems.
• Create professional mockups for branding applications such as menus, packaging, uniforms, signage, merchandise, stationery, and promotional materials.
• Produce engaging visual content for websites, social media, presentations, proposals, brochures, advertisements, and digital campaigns.
• Support the branding and marketing activities of new hospitality pre-opening projects by preparing visual concepts and promotional assets.
• Work collaboratively with the Marketing team and Senior Designer on ongoing projects
• Adapt design concepts based on feedback and project requirements
• Ensure all designs are consistent with brand standards and messaging
• Manage multiple design tasks and meet project deadlines
• Prepare design files for digital and print use
• Stay updated with design trends, especially in the hospitality and lifestyle industry

Qualifications:

• Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design or related field
• 1–2 years of experience in graphic design (fresh graduates with strong portfolios are welcome)
• Proficient in design software (Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) Figma is preferred.
• Basic understanding of branding and visual communication
• Strong attention to detail and creativity
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a team
• Able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Interest in hospitality, lifestyle, and F&B industry is a plus
